3jFPS X-Plane Utility

I occasionally run into stutters and slow frame rates. I installed 3jFPS-wizard 11 to help, but I noticed that the new version also effects clouds. I disabled that control but it still seems that the correct weather does not always load correctly.

Should I consider another LOD control plug-in, or is there an inherent incompatibility there?

Thanks

I noticed that too. I turned off 3jFPS, and the clouds and weather do not load properly.
In EPWA I have recently: Clouds: None Reported, although there are frequent storms in the real world. There is a clear sky for me.

Unfortunately, reading the article and your reply are not helpful at all.

Just simply wondering if changes in LOD will affect this program. I didn't think they would as (I believe) it just effects scenery objects, but I was having some difficulty with 3jFPS even after turning off the cloud effects.

I've gotten around it but reloading the cloud textures after turning on the plug-in. Not sure why I have to do this, but it works.

Thank you for the update. Were you able to isolate the issue to one of the plugins?
