AS16 Computer Trashed

Question - my graphics card crapped out on an old computer. I am in the process of re-downloading everything onto a new computer. The old computer still works, I just can't play FSX anymore because it crashes the graphics hardware.

Is there any way to use the old product key (which I saved) to use on a new download on a new computer? Can I deactivate the old computer, or am I stuck with re-purchasing AS16 and AS16 cloud art?
