I had by Active Sky files on an external hard-drive which failed on me, so I am in the process of re-downloading and re-installing my weather products. ASN seems to have worked fine.
However on the downloads page, there are only AS2012 downloads for SP2 and SP3. I downloaded and installed SP2 then SP3, but there is some sort of problem which I think is the base product is missing. However, as stated I can't see where to download the base product?
