AS6 help?

I know shes old but so am I!...but...i cant get it to stop updating in flight...and it goes from fogged in to clear to fogged in again instantly...is there a settings manual still to be found anywhere?...thanks.

The manual should be found in Program Files (x86)\HiFi\AS6?\Documentation folder. There should be a downloads interval which you can change in the program settings UI.
