Issue ASE Will Not Load

Just purchased ASE download and when opened ASE says "Successful connection to HiFi DataNet X Servers is verified!" However, it goes through it's initialization and come up and says "We are unable to connect with the servers! 8:42 PM - Weather download error: The magic number in GZip header is not correct. Make sure you are passing in a GZip stream. ASE will not even load the header screen!

Update: Redownloaded ASE, still will not initialize, Here is the log:10:02 AM - Start Download File Output

Have already installed both SP4 and SP5. Above log is with these installations made! Still does not initialize!

ASE still will not initialize! I've had enough. Need a refund for the program, Already initiated one ticket with no response to ASv6.5, so downloaded and paid for ASE and this is the response I get. ASv6.5 was much more stable than this!

Installed FSUIPC 3.999z registered with no changes whatsoever. ASE still will not initialize to bring up the header screen, now! At times trying to load it comes up with SERVICE UNAVAILBLE in the header area!

Now that you have the proper version FSUIPC installed you need to uninstall/reinstall ASE.
If the proper FSUIPC is not in place before installation your will run into problems like this.

After uninstalling ASE delete the user data folder before reinstalling.

Are you still having trouble connecting?

If so, please open a ticket at support.hifitechinc.com and we will investigate further. There may have been (or still is) a temporary internet issue between your ISP and our servers.
