I was looking at that one but went with the Aerosoft ones for now as I am mostly on PMDG.

I will wait to see if they come out with any newer ones. A 350 or 380 would be nice.
Are the FSL's on PMDG level?

FSLabs have A319, 320 and 321, sharklets versions of the A320 and A321. All these planes are extreme study level, probably best on the sim market for P3D with almost all systems modeled to the extreme details, all are fully comparable with PMDG. Fly-By-Wire is modeled very good, I made some test flights with Aerosoft A320Extended, but FSL is much better. I performed "Cooked goose" La Guardia depart (and approach) :

then landed on Hudson and sim evaluated it as correct ditching. Absolutly amazing. I do not regret any penny of my 160 EURs spent for A320X.

Take off from El Alto was difficult, thin air + high temperature = low thrust and lift = looooong take off run.
