btstrp.dll; windows flatout refuses it (FSX-SE)

hi :)

I have dealt with this quite often and always got it fixed. Not this time.
Windows gives me no choice, just informs me it won't be opening it. No certificate, no play. End of.

Exemptions are in order, everything should be fine.

I did replace my processor - is it a registry issue of some kind?

Also, I'd love to know where I can find my ASN registration code on Steam.

Thanks in advance!

After my third clean install, it's working. Not sure what I missed the first times around - but who cares, it works!

Would still be interested in knowing how I can prove I am a paying (Steam) customer :)

Can anyone help pls? I have nowhere to go, no idea how to register for the support forum, have no way of proving I am a paying customer because I use the steam edition...

The more I try, the less functional it seems to become.
