I reinstalled AS P3Dv5 yesterday and do not get the email mentioned above. Emails from HIFI are whitelisted and Spam folder is checked.
Tried yesterday and today.
First try a full reinstall deleting all user data when uninstalling.
Otherwise,
Licensing, Billing/Order Support and Sales is strictly handled on the Support Desk only.
