Resolved CRTICAL INSTALLATION PROBLEM

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS ON INSTALLATION, SOMBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!

I located the correct community folder, and went through all possible ways, it just didn't want me to install it, so sad...... Somebody help me please!!!!!!
