Just had a take off from one of the Aleutian Islands, and heading East along their various coastlines, when I noticed that even when over water, I am getting a lot of turbulence. Over the ground that made sense. When I had a look at ASFS I could see this on the debug page:
ASFS thinks I am in a cloud, but I am no where near them.

FEW043 extends to:9824 feet (Cloud type:ST, Turbulence:Light, Icing:Trace, Shear:Gradual, Cloud shape:Flat). Previous cloud: None, next cloud: None (Through metar)
I'm using Passive weather effects. I landed, and then it reported None for Turbulence, but when I took off again, as soon as I am maybe 50-100ft ASL it reports Moderate, and sometimes Heavy Turbulence from clouds.
This is with the latest 2024 SU4 beta, 1.6.13.0
