Local Activation authorization for the COM server application with CLSID

Hello, today I fought with P3DV5 and windows all day, I wanted to do a Paris CDG - Minneapolis in 787 QW, but each time between England and Ireland, a little further north of Dublin, I receive a CTD. In my registry I have this error:

Application-specific authorization settings do not grant Local Activation authorization for the COM server application with CLSID
{C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}
and the APPID
{316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97}

Event: 10016

I then tried again with the 747 pmdg, and still in the same area the same error.

I have repeated the flight backup several times and the same error occurs. The last test lasted long enough and when I launched Active Sky it crashed.

Does anyone have the same error?

I have Windows 10, version 1909

after a few tests, each time I launch ASP3D my simulator crashes within 5 minutes, I restarted the flight without ASP3D and it continued all night without problem.
