Hi,
not sure if already reported (If so, sorry) but I tested in P3D v3.3 and now in v3.2 that any changes with the upper visibility will have absolutely no effect while cruising at high level altitudes. Debug will report reduced vis accordingly but it's not depicted. I have volumetric fog enabled along with the multiple visibility layers option in ASN.
Anyone?
