Submitted P3DV4 Doesn't recognize AS

Good Evening,

I am having a problem with AS and V4, I have done a fresh install of both on a new build pc new SSD the whole nine yards. Both programs start up fine and AS shows connected to simulator but I am not able to select Active Sky as a weather depiction option and I am not sure why.

any insight would be greatly appreciated.

This is sort of an old bug with FSX/P3D.

If Active Sky is running it will make that change and take over weather depiction. Sometimes it needs to cycle a few times to show up for some reason.
Most likely an internal Simconnect issue.

I've tried doing some test flights since reading your reply and for some reason AS isnt taking over the weather depiction. The weather stays on whatever preset it was on when the flight started.
This is both the case with Live Real Time Weather and user defined weather through AS.

This is all controlled by Active Sky and needs no user intervention, or would any user intervention have any effect.
