Some screenshots from brand new P3Dv5.2 and AS7829 :
First testflight with active EA and legacy clouds (because new volumetric clouds are still unusable) - extreme strong horizon haze :

... solved with Upper visibility limit set to 200 miles :

Another flights - I dedusted my Boeing skills - PMDG737-800 NGXu ver.830 (FSL A320 v160 is not compatible with v5.2) :

As You can see, VRAM usage was heavy optimized, I can use texture resolution 2048x2048 in combination with high LOD range and hi-res terrain textures on 6GB GTX 1060.

Set Upper visibility limit to 200 miles to avoid strong white haze on the horizon.
My upper visibility was already set to 200 miles yet I have getting a solid white horizon line. I was glad to see this post after I first noticed the problem but I have no idea how to fix it. Its putting me off the sim as looks horrible

This is speedrun from VNKT to VQPR with historic weather 2021-05-07 0500Z. I used volumetric clouds and AS7829 ofcourse. As You can see, clouds are bit nicer than in v5.1, but there are many glitches when clouds eats mountains :( This is reason, why volume clouds are for me still unusable.

Yes, I did. Strong up and downdraft, shaking and vibrations. IMHO simulation is OK.

Turbulences are depicted with purple color on the WX radar. I used only one button - disconnect AP and fly manualy avoid all CB clouds :)

Ok let me ask this. On your P3d menu settings is your turbulence and thermals checked or unchecked ?
