Request for "Apply" button in historical weather input screen

Hi Damian,
Would it please be possible to add an "Apply"-like button to the screen where we set the historical weather date and time? I find my self rushing to input all of the data before the process starts downloading a potentially slightly off time and that then reflects the wrong time even if I later update it to the right time (if the difference is within the same hour).
