Support Tickets using Anti-Spam Services

Hi Everybody,

If you are using any type of anti-spam mail services and are submitting support tickets, Please make sure we are on your safe or allowed list.
We will not click on any confirmation links from these services as we have no idea where they are coming from or where they are going.

Also, this also reduces our ability to track any ticket history for older issues you have previously submitted.
If you wish to receive email from us it is your responsibility to add us to your allowed or safe sender list.
