Issue Unable To Login 'The login/license key is invalid'

Hi,

Just updated to SP3 beta through fresh installation, and trying to login. Entered the serial number and passed the Email code verification.

However, it's howing a session is active and after clicking disconnect to disconnect the current session, I received a message showing 'The login/license key is invalid'.

And there's no way to re enter the license or do anything about it.

Now we are unable to access ASP3D V5 at all.

I,m having the same problem, 'the login/license key is invalid'. I reset my password with all the neccesary information and received an email verification, but still can't login :(

I really appreciate the huge effort and great software Hifi team delivered, but I have to say that the new 'login' and email verification process etc. is making the access harder than ever before.

I was able to login. The licence key I used first, was the licence key of my account with HiFi and not the licence key of the product itself (in my case that one of Active Sky 2016 P3D)!

Got the password reset to work after a PC reboot if that helps anyone, maybe a AS3D process was still running in the backgroud?

Still can't log in, still getting 'The login/license key is invalid' . I've tried reinstalling , resetting password, I've had automated emails with codes to enter to verify my pc, but still no luck :(

Hi guys, still no luck after resetting the passoword. I suspect a different license was entered when activating ASP3D Beta 3 and the serial number mismatch is causing this issue.

It's sad that we all purchased multiple Hifi products, some for other platform or early version of P3D, some thorugh upgrade promotions, it is hard to track which serial number we entered before for the Beta 2, and now once you have two different serial number entered, you entered the dead loop, cuz there's no way you can reset the serial number you entered, you can reset the password but not the serial number.

Managed to sort it today, uninstalled, re-installed and entered my license key again from simmarket and it all worked perfectly.

email or password not recognized with the AS keys, and the option "forgotten password" returns the error: "unable to find that account"

I'm signing this with the same issue. Did a password reset, getting the same issue afterwards. This is on a fresh install of ActiveSky..

Forgot your password => unable to find licence Key combination
New user => Key has already been regisered to an existing user
It's the snake that bites its tail
With beta 2 installed on top, no problem, with beta 3,
advised to uninstall is the mess.
Waiting for the solution.
