Unable to submit a ticket

I am attempting to submit a ticket regarding AS connect for P3D v4.4 however the login dialog indicates an error in the password or Email address when I use the email address and password I used to set up this forum access. My Email address is recognized by the lost password reset option and indicates an Email message was sent, but it did not make it to my end. A second try also unsuccessful. What would be the recommendation for my next step?

Hello Larry,

You should have received a password reset email within a short period of time after selecting the "Lost Password" option and following the CAPTCHA Verification to verify that you are not a "Robot." Please check your spam and junk folder. The other option is to go through the registration process again and see if the email address you used is accepted or not.
