Update software

Hi , I have just purchased active sky xp some hours ago. My version showed is 7045. I don’t understand if I have already the latest version or If I have to update my copy. I have downloaded the setup file after purchase, on the first link “ Official” from Simmarket, is it right or I have to download the second link ? I see the same situation of two links on download page. Thanks

Hello,

You have the latest version from Simmarket. Download and install the link that is 233Mb in size. If there is an update in the future a pop-up will appear telling you there is one available. You can disable the notification under ASXP\Options\Warning options\Notify when a new version becomes available, simply visit our downloads page and download:

Please log a support ticket if you have further questions. Please log onto the HiFi support portal (http://support.hifitechinc.com) and log a support ticket, be sure to copy the URL from this forum post and include it in the ticket request. Please include most recent session logs, with Active Sky (only) running press the "Logs" button and save the AS_Log_Export.txt and attach to your ticket request.

The support site requires a separate login from the forum. Please note that you cannot login with your forum credentials, you will have to create a new account.

Thank You. The doubt was born also because I have the notification in the main screen, and in the Simmarket page was two links, and because I have read somewhere a version called B7045. All of this has gave me a bit of confusion.

True, it can be confusing sometimes. If in doubt we can have a look at your order if you send us a screenshot of the invoice via support ticket.
