Wierd looking clouds

Hello.

Been having this issue lately with my cloud colouring/formation in the distance as shown on the picture.. its happeing after some time in the air, has anyone had this issue before or knows if theres a fix?

Its default clouds with active sky/asca running

Im getting the same- Twinkly, shimmering, weird cloud formations. Tried refreshing weather in the debug section and didnt help. Also seeing patterns in clouds...
