Hi!

As supossed, AS2016 doesn't work with the new P3D v3.4 update.

Will take long before we have an update? I can't live without AS2016, at least inside P3D hehehe

Thanks in advance and keep the great work. :)

guys please be patient. Hifi team is super fast when it comes to this. They have been super fast from the p3d v2 days (that is when I started using their product)

I'm sure they will look into this. These guys have been around for some time, and they are good with their response. I'm not using AS2016, but I'm also having issues with ASN and the latest P3D update.

HiFi are usually pretty quick. From the cumulative number of posts, you guys all seem to be pretty new. While extremely flattering to the developers that you can't fly P3D without ActiveSky, why not wait until you're addons are updated before installing? Also, recently, there have been hot fixes to new point releases of P3D. I wait about 2 weeks before installing. Try it.

As far as I know LM does not provide advanced notice of an upgrade to their platform. As many of you have stated, HiFi is pretty quick to provide updates. Hang in there, I am sure the dev's are working on it.

Any news on the update for AS2016 and ASCA to be compatible with P3d v3.4....

Many thanks.

It had been better if a moderator would have made a comment about merging 2 threads about the same subject, instead of removing one in silence...

Damian ? Kostas ?

I am not a moderator here but I am at Avsim and Flightsim. Think about it, when there are MULTIPLE threads on the SAME subject, we always merge them or remove one, generally with no explanation. Obviously the thread was found. If I had to add a post explaining everytime I merged, removed, hid or otherwise moderated a post the forum would soon fill with non support posts.

I would expect we all would prefer that HiFi be working on the 3.4 compat update than taking time to make posts that really are unnecessary.

Again - I am not a mod here and it was not MY doing but I would have done the same thing.

Caveat - sometimes there are duplicate threads that have some important discussions going on ( not "any news on the update?") - When I merge that type I will usually note it.

Vic,

Just a short update, even if a new 3.4 compatibel version would take a week, would be enough...
Complete silence....?

Big Thanx......

Here it is easier to close them and leave them accessible since they all reference the post in Development News.
Older information is still valuable since it is product support. :D
