Unable to register account

Hi, I upgraded ActiveSky through SimMarket. Went through the registration process, got the code per E-Mail, try to login and "invalid" message.
Requested a new password, got code, tried to login again "invalid". Which license key do I have to use? The one from my old ActiveSky or the one that I just purchased? Any help is much appreciated. After closing down and AS restart all is good.

Same for me.
I am trying to register for a new account and inserting my ASP3D-Upgrade key leads me to a new window which requires the old ASPP4 key.
This windows always shows an "invalid" message.

Suggestions?

When using an upgrade license with ASP3D, you should register for new account using the NEW ASP3D KEY to create an ASP3D ACCOUNT. Then after you fill out registration form, eligibility check form will show asking for your AS16 or ASP4 key. If it's already installed (AS16/ASP4) on that machine it will automatically find that key and pre-populate, so you just hit OK. If it's not installed, you find your old AS16/ASP4 key, select the appropriate product name, enter the key, then press OK.

Whether doing the eglibility check by hand or a pre-installed version of ASP4, they key is recognized as invalid.
While having keys for Active Sky Evolution (ASE) (2013) and updated this product to Active Sky for Prepar3D v4 (ASP4) (2018) this key is not recognized for the ASP3D Upgrade version on SimMarket.

The description says that eligible upgrade products are ASP4 - which I do obviously own. The way how to process owning this version is not mentioned.
So, did I misunderstood anything?

I have openeda ticket (#RYI-604-87382 ) which I would highly appreciate to be reviewed.

Your order number is missing on your registration page.
We can handle this over on the desk.
You cannot complete the registration without it.

I don't understand this process. I already have a working account where ASXP and the prevoius Beta of ASP3D are linked. Worked perfectly fine on my old computer. Build a new one 3 weeks ago. ASXP still runs without any problems....Bought the new upgrade version of ASP3D and he asks me to create a new P3D account, ok here. At the end he tells me that the e-mail adress is already linked to another account?? (I won't use another e-mail)

Edit: not possible to register with the same adress....what a pity :(
