FSX Steam Ambients Error

Hey!

I just bought ASN from FSX SE DLC.First, I ran the ASN then the FSX SE itself. After I'm in the game mode. the message from ASN shown that ambients error

AMBIENT CONTROL ERROR!

"ASN-SE was unable to communicate with ASConnect. AS connect may not be installed correctly or may be blocked by security software. Without ASConnect, proper weather depiction is not possible. ASN will be shut down automatically. ..."

I Already shut down my antivirus program and its still not working the ASN
do you guys any recommendation ?

I am having the same problem after upgrading from Win 7 to Win 10 pro. "ASN was unable to communicate with AS Connect". Any guidance and help would be much appreciated. Support ticket has been submitted with a slow response. Been a user since 2010.

This issue is duplicated via an open support ticket on the support desk so we will respond to that, continue there and close this thread to avoid double work.
