12.3+ full interpolated control of the weather?

Does WX API allow you, HiFi devs of ASXP12, to inject fully interpolated weather forecast with differerent conditions on one flightsim map (instead of "global static" mode with only 1 overall conditions preset) in the future updates, like ASXP11, ASP3D and ASFSX does in weather and "real-weather theme-based" mode (of XP11) or "legacy" mode (of FSX-P3D)?

yes really looking forward it, when we can get new ASXP12 cooperate with new weather engine in XP12 include global weather injection!
