Resolved Active Date/Time Not Updating

Hi,
I took off at 11:38z which ASN window states and now 4 hours later (Update Interval Set to 5 Minutes) still the same I would have thought there would have been a weather change or update by now.

Same question, are you running ASN in live mode? Look at the status bar at the bottom of the page in ASN, if it says "manual" next to weather mode then that is why you are having problems with the time not updating.

Yes running it in live/Real Time Mode

as you can see from my system time the ASN time should be 1 hour different not what it shows.

Hi,

what is your UTC offset? ASN takes the current zulu time from your windows settings. If this is not set correctly (so that the requested weather is in the future), it will download the latest (current) one.

And where would I find UTC offset ? My system clock shows current time for (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London and no additional clocks.

UTC is set as (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London so 0 is set as I use gatwick as the deafult load up.

so the problem persists? I thought it was a transient issue related to daylight saving. Please open up a support ticket to investigate it.

Just to let anyone know,

we figured this out through our support ticket. The .NET timezone cache was not properly reset during the daylight change date and this lead to this issue. We'll adjust the code to prevent this rare event to come up in the future.

Hi Kterz,
same issue tried your temp clear cache and it has done/made no difference as had issue on the networked pc so had to reinstall ASN.
