Aircraft Dropping Out of the Skies on exiting and entering FSX windows?

Recently I've come across an issue where in whatever WX Mode I'm on (live/historical/etc.), when I change views after taking off or during cruise altitude, or if I open an external window and have to exit FSX for a few seconds and come back to FSX, the airspeed suddenly drops to below 20knots and my aircraft plummets out of the sky in an uncontrollable stall. It quite literally drops out of the sky like a sack of rocks. I've tried to test this with both payware and default FSX aircraft and it continues to happen, specifically when changing view/windows.

I've also noticed on the ground, again, when I change windows/views -- for example if I go into the FSX map window and then back to normal outside spot view -- my aircraft will "bounce" and move around on the ground in a "circle" motion to the point that my aircraft displaces itself from the taxi center line, whether parked or taxiing. This was not an issue before I installed ASN2016.

Help on these two issues would be greatly appreciated!

For starters it sounds like your pitot/probe heat is not on.

The second issue sounds like another addon is causing this.
We have had no reports of anything like this.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I definitely don't fly my aircraft without going through the checklists, so the pitot/anti-ice systems are definitely on.

Have you had a chance to go through my log files and see if there's any errors contributing to this situation?

I don't see any issues that stand out in the logs export. Something does appear to be interfering. Our effects are disabled when "on ground" so this doesn't appear to be caused by AS directly. Please open a ticket so we can assist you in troubleshooting and identifying/resolving the issue.
