Altitude discrepancy between depicting modes

Hello,

I've always had a discrepancy between altitudes for Vatsim injected traffic (TCAS) showing aircraft up to 1500ft higher than they really are on Vatsim Radar.
Have to note that I always flew withs ASFS in passive mode. Recently I changed to Aktive Sky Preset control and for some reason TCAS traffic is now showing on the right altitude. Switching back to passive mode and the discepancy is back !
Can someone explain why this happens and how to show the right altitude in passive mode ?

We don’t control base weather parameters in passive mode. Thats all MSFS live weather, discrepancies and all. We inject air effects only.

In active mode we are controlling everything including baro pressure, temps, clouds, etc. to accurately portray realistic conditions. VATSIM uses similar data, and our VATSIM integration ensures proper synchronization where it counts.
