I use Aerosoft's Airbus and every flight is a headache - the aircraft destabilises and I can't control it, I switch off the AS16 and everything's back to normal.

Have you got the latest version:

Is the issue just with the Aerosoft Airbus or all aircraft? I would check with Aerosoft to see if they have any suggestions. Have you changed any AS2016 settings, or are they default? Be sure to load a flight plan into AS2016 for best results.
If the issue continues upload a log or contact support.

I have the 7013 version, the problem is only with the Aerosoft airbus because the 737 PMDG is fine.
Thanks for the link you sent me, I've now updated to 7968, let's see how it behaves (I use FSX).
I'll let you know after a few flights (I always load a flight plan).

After a few flights with the A320 Aerosoft, I changed everything in the AS16 to zero that has to do with turbulence, it improved a lot but sometimes it (A320) starts rocking again I can't figure out why
