ASFS cutting in and out?

Edit: I uninstalled Flow but the problem persists. I also installed ASFS again but to no avail. I'm not so sure anymore if it is Flow. ASFS doesn't do a thing. Tried a few things by adjusting settings but again nothing. This makes the sim unusable.
What's the point having ASFS when it doesn't work at all?

I have the same problem. After a few seconds, the weather returns to standard. I don't have any other weather add-ons, and my internet connection is excellent. I spent the money, but the program doesn't work. Please solve this problem.

One issue resolved by MSFS reinstall since another add-on apparently modified core UI files and prevented other toolbar add-ons, or the install was corrupt in general. One other issue resolved by disabling another weather add-on that was thought to be disabled, but it was not.

These are individual cases. Please open a ticket so we can address anything outstanding. Thank you.

Hi,

I performed a complete reinstall of MSFS 2024 and ActiveSky, and everything worked correctly at that point. I then installed the PMDG 737 and ChasePlane, after which ActiveSky stopped working.

When I deleted ChasePlane 2024 from the Community folder, ActiveSky FS started working again. I’m not sure why this happens, or whether this is a known issue affecting other users.

Just wanted to report this behavior in case it’s helpful.

EDIT: After reporting the issue, I reinstalled ChasePlane 2024, and since then ActiveSky FS has been working correctly again with ChasePlane installed.
