Waiting for Response ASN not seeing P3D running.

I just bought ASN and am trying a flight but it seems that ASN isnt porting over to my sim. In the ASN menu it has "Waiting on sim" even though it was running. I am trying to find the simconnect but am unsure where that is.

Also, what settings do I need to set inside of P3D?

What's wrong with using the forum? Why submit a ticket? Why share a solution here for everyone to see? You already have my key and order number.

The ticket system should be much more efficient as we'll need to collect logs and other information to troubleshoot.

If you are attempting a new networked/simconnect configuration, please make sure that is all working properly with an AI traffic test first. We don't provide support for simconnect itself but once it is working properly we'd be happy to assist in your configuration if you experience any difficulties (and again, the ticket system is more efficient).
