Issue ASXP connection issue

Good day,

I have been using Active Sky XP for XP11 since it was out with no issues. Suddenly today when I started Active Sky XP (Run as Administrator) a box pops out saying my PC is not connected to the internet! I have never installed unauthorized version of AS. I also have ASP4 installed on the same PC but different drive.

Any help will be appreciated.

I run windows 10 Pro

Hello,

We will need to check your setup and settings.
Please submit a support ticket with a log export at the Support Desk regarding this issue and reference this forum post also.
You can export your log from the Logs button in Active Sky.

Please login to the support desk instead of using email in case you have logs/file attachments over 5MB's in size.

Thank you Dave for your prompt reply.
How can I export the log when ASXP does not start at all. It shuts down automatically when I press the OK button on the warning box?

The log will be available for manual attachment from C:\users\username\appdata\roaming\hifi\as_xpl\*.txt
