Issue Backup source for UAE airports METAR/TAF data

Hi @damian

Since March 4th UAE airports METAR/TAF data is no longer being reported through the usual OPMET/NWS distribution channels. Probably related to the ongoing military conflict

ASFS is doing a great job interpolating via the nearest stations in Oman, however I was wondering if you could implement a temporarily fallback source using the official UAE Avmet data?

OKKK - Kuwait is also affected since March 4th
