I cannot login to ASNP3D, I have confirmed the key and tried to change the password to no avail.
In that process of resetting the password I continue to be faced with a dialogue box telling me that an email has been sent; but it has not been received.
I have gone through the process several times and still nothing. :-(
More than an hour has passed now since my first request but still no email.
I have also tried to open a new account but am told that an account, with my details, already exists.
Max frustration.
Does anybody have any suggestions. (be polite please)
