Can't complete setup ASN + P3D v2.1

Hi all,

this is my third day with P3D, and I'm trying to get ASN working.

I have the P3D beta, and the correct version of FSUIPC installed.

I'm not running on dual computers, and I've checked the dll.xml to make sure the asn bootstrapper is loaded.

I've made sure that all users have full control of my P3D directory and all subfolders, and that the attributes of the files are set to allow writes.

But I still get a popup telling me that the simulator is running, or the permissions are set wrong.

Can you explain what the exact error was that you received?

The log indicates that files could not be copied. So ASN is being blocked by windows security, or other security/AV software. Make sure ASN is trusted. As a work-around to this, you can manually copy the ASN install folder's as_srv folder (and entire contents) to your P3D install folder\as_srv.
