Issue Corrupt Data error - can't use live weather

Then on next startup it just hangs on downloading and you can't access any options in the ASP3D window - they are greyed out.

That's the log I got the first time when I got the corrupt data message. Just hanging now when I try and load it as per post above.

I have the same. Sadly, I followed on-screen instructions and did an uninstall/re-install. I am now asked to browse to the Lockheed Martin/Prepard3Dv5 folder. However, no matter which folder I point to, it tells me it is not the right folder.

Am now running Windows 11.

Help needed, please!

Update: following the line in the log above, I found the correct folder. Now I get the same message as all other entries: (applicable) disk files are corrupt.

Hi Guys/Gals,

The servers are and have been up and running and there are no issues here with all products on my test system.
We will look into this anyway but it is probably some regional routing issues which is beyond our control.

This appeared to be a transient issue from NOAA data causing downstream processing errors. The problem is no longer apparent.

AS may have a corrupt data set loaded if you had this issue. If you get an error on startup, please attempt a restart, and if the issue persists please try and uninstall/reinstall cycle or you can shut down AS and manually remove all the items in your C:\users\username\HiFi\[product name]\Weather folder and a new weather set will be created. If you need assistance please open a support ticket. Thank you.
