Critical Error when launching ASFS

Hello Gang!

Been using ASFS with MSFS2024 just fine until today when I tried to launch ASFS, it started to throw a critical error when trying to launch. Any ideas? Thanks. Dennis

Hi Dennis, no ideas, but perhaps show us the error/details you are getting? Actually we do have one report of an error with NOAA download this morning from ASXP12, maybe related, but I can't duplicate currently and no other reports. Maybe a transient NOAA issue.

Access denied to ASFS for an ASFS file. Not sure why. But it’s not from ASFS. I’d recommend checking your security software, maybe a false positive on ASFS. Try excluding/allowing. A reinstall may also help. Please open a ticket if this doesn’t work.

Hi Damian. The software had been working well until today when it magically stopped working; no security software other than Defender through ASFS is allowed. I reinstalled to no avail and also installed the latest beta. Will proceed with a ticket. Thanks for the help!
