No clouds being displayed

I've owned several Active Sky products over the years and for the most part they all did a decent job depicting the weather. I currently use ASFS with MSFS 2024 and frequently see clear skies when there is actually weather in the area. I'm currently just east of KDEN at FL 380 with the Live Weather option running. There are several CB clouds over the front range and the sim shows nothing. There are also 4 cloud layers being reported over KDEN, and again the sim shows clear skies everywhere. I live in the area and can see the weather out my window. I have MSFS weather disabled. Since there are many possible settings, can you point out something I need to check and may have missed? Thanks.

You are using Preset wx control (not passive)? And you get getting no clouds? Is this only in this case or everywhere/any time/any reported conditions including those showing clouds?

If no clouds anywhere: Check for potential other weather/graphics add-on interference. Make sure that you are not getting any yellow warning icon in top left of ASFS status. Ensure ASFS is enabled in your toolbar configuration. Make sure your MSFS installation is valid (potentially repair it).
