No clouds with convective SIGMET's and METAR's reporting clouds

I'm in P3D v5.1 HF2, and I have done a few flights lately where I've gotten insane turbulence and lightning but not a cloud in the sky. Here is an example: https://streamable.com/t95hjw

You can see on the radar that there are huge cells around KATL. Here is what it looks like on the map IRL: Notice the convective SIGMET over KATL. In the Landing video, you can see there is not a cloud in sight, and it was like that for most of the flight with the turbulence and thunderstorms I encountered along the way. Here is what Active Sky showed as the KATL METAR: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/774007819770003528/859986650062389268/unknown.png

It does show cloudy, and yet I saw no clouds at all. What could be the issue here? I only have Active Sky Cloud Art and Active Sky for P3D installed.

Hi,

Try a complete uninstall/reinstall of ASP3D, something might have become corrupt and needs repairing. Also, be sure to have the latest ASCA update installed and read the note below the download regarding non EA mode. Have you used any texture replacement programs in Prepar3D?

Hi Robert, I went to uninstall and reinstall ASP3D and ASCA, and on reinstallation, I get this same message over and over when launching ASP3D:

Even when I hit OK and install it, it will open the window immediately after installation, putting me in and endless cycle of updating my ASP3D connector, which looks like this:

What could be the issue now?

Not sure why it is cycling like that. Have you tried a hard reboot of the PC then a start of ASP3D? If the issue cannot be resolved you'll have to submit a ticket using the link above.

Yes I restart my PC every night pretty much and this had been happening for a while. I will submit a ticket I guess.

Thanks for the ticket, we have a few cases of this and are investigating. Please include latest log export. Thanks again.
