Hi, no matter where I spawn there is no snow (Finland,...) although there is definetely snow.

After the snow storm in the US yesterday, just landing at Dulles (KIAD) ASXP12 debug menu was showing snow depth = 4, however no snow was being depicted on the ground.

EDIT: Reinstalling XA-Snow got the correct depiction as the OP. Snow depth = 4 in ASXP12. So I'm guessing ASXP12 on its own is not setting the correct snow settings in the sim. Have to say thus far kinda disappointed in ASXP12 overall.

This is the first report we've had indicating a failure of indicated snow data (via debug) not depicting in sim. We'll investigate. Logs/ticket would be helpful.

We reviewed this several times and unable to find an issue with data vs. depiction. Data resolution limitations are suspected. However a new report just above claims a data/depiction inconsistency and we are investigating again. Any further details/confirmation is much appreciated (logs with flight details + debug screen screenshot showing snow while in-sim showing no snow). Thank you.

We've confirmed there were breaking changes in XP12 12.4 beta version which affect ground snow depiction by ASXP12. We have an early test version which attempts to re-establish compatibility, for those who'd like to try:

Ok the latest XPlane 12 Beta Update did not break anything so far.

Apologies for not seeing this sooner, I never got an email about a reply. But looks like you have a beta fix out. I'll try that out later without XA-Snow to confirm.
