Both P3D 4.5 and the weather software have been upgraded to the latest version 7410. The weather software also shows that the connection to P3D is normal, but there is no weather display.
At the same time, I also installed P3D V5 under LM. Is it related to it?

The log shows that you have Build 7208 installed, please download and install Build 7410:

ASP4 Open Beta Build 7410 with HF3 Compatibility

Having installed Prepar3D v5 should not interfere with the operation of ASP4.
