Waiting for Response P3dv4 and ambient weather error

Hello,

Since a few days I had the Problem the P3Dv4 has crashed with the error message:

AS_P3Dv4 cannot control ambient weather parameters correctly, thus is cannot function properly at this point and will shut down. Please make sure you have proper rights/ownership of the program files (x86) folder and have trusted/excluded AS_P3dv4 from your security software, as well as the simulator's as_srv folder and included .dll modules."


the security software (kasperski) is closed and Ihave deinstalled and new installed the software Active Sky!!!

and the Problem is during the flight...

Hello,

Please see the following KB article, it is a little dated but should guide you on how to resolve the issue.

Open Active Sky Options\General Options and ensure the simulator installation and AppData path is correct among other things. Also, you may have to add exclusions for Active Sky in Kasperskey AV.

Have you followed the link to the KB article? The issue usually is either incorrect sim or appdata folder selection, the KB explains it all. I see that you posted some screenshots in the gallery after posting in this thread, were you able to resolve the issue?

I didn't resolve it. Attached is log file from ASP4 without running the sim. Could you help me to check it? Thanks.

Here's my situation.
For each time, the sim crashed first and then the pop-up error message which is the same as martin's appeared. After clicking ok button of the error message, the ASP4 shut down.
