Submitted Privacy Policy Could Not Be Downloaded Error

Hello all, please help. I have just purchased Active Sky for P3Dv4 and after installation when I try to open the program I get the error message : " Download Error : Privacy policy could not be downloaded. Please restart the application, check your internet connection, and try again." My internet connection is good, and the Privacy Policy downloads behind this error message but I cannot accept the terms as I have to click okay on the error message first and both the error message and the Privacy Policy disappears...... I have correctly set my IP address 10.0.0.7 when asked, what else can I check? Many thanks in advance.

Just to add I am running Windows 7, my simulator is in F:\Prepar3D v4 and Active Sky is in F:\AS_P3Dv4 and as mentioned IP address correctly identified automatically as 10.0.0.7 It seems that it cannot log on to the net but does download the privacy statement?

You must accept the privacy policy. Under the message you must press the "I agree" button. Did you do that?
