Purchase error

I bought the ASCA for P3Dv4 and it does not work.
I didn't know that I had to buy ASP4 before, as this was not clearly explained with the purchase. Can we find a solution ?

Hello,

What exactly were you looking for when you purchased ASCA?

ASCA is a texture replacement program, there is no requirement for ASP4 unless you wish to have dynamic weather changes without having to reload the simulator (new textures).

Please contact the reseller from whom you purchased ASCA and see if they will offer you a credit. Please be aware that most software is non-refundable once it is purchased.

Hello Vasco,

It appears that the base installation was not found or was not installed. Please check your order receipt that was emailed for the download link for ASCA.

In order to have dynamic weather AS16 or ASP4 needs to be installed.
