Rainy Day with AS2016 but not complete overcast in P3D

Hello ,
I use P3Dv3.4 and AS2016 . But the Problem is when it is an complete rainy Day the Sky ist not complete overcasted with AS2016 ?

Depends on location and METAR, there could be a number of airports in the region which may be affecting how much cloud is displayed. Can you post the METAR for the time you were flying?
