Unable to receive device verification codes for ActiveSky XP 12 and P3D

Hi,

I'm in the middle of a re-install and I'm currently having issues signing in to ActiveSky XP 12 and P3D since the device verification codes aren't being sent to my email. The one for MSFS 2024 did work and I was able to login. Any guidance on this?
