Upper cloud layer being ignored?

But:

"Depicted cloud scene for current area = Few at 4000 feet, "

No SCT250 layer being depicted. Why is it being ignored?

XP 12.4.0 is the latest XP Official Build.

That's as correct as irrelevant. ASXP12 itself says that it won't depict the SCT250 layer, just the FEW040 layer - as I quoted the ASXP12 UI.

Clouds above FL220 are not listed in METAR in most areas so we filter it from certain textual reports for consistency (such as depicted cloud scene), but as you can see it is visually depicted.
