You CAN. If you click the BLANK button it turns ASFS OFF and ON again. it's a toggle.
hi, can you save short video? i click it and 0 changes. i even after all disable "hide default toolbar" in the flow settings, and click it in default... it's go gray or white, but weather still from asfs... only one way after 74 version to disable asfs is close the hifi stuff.

Anyone else experiencing the issue where you can't select the sound source in the beta's? No sources are listed?
I don't think it's EVER worked? I have 2 devices none show up.

I MIGHT later,,,but I've spent 24 hours trying to get it to work again so don't want to mess it up!
What do you want video of? The button showing ASFS on/off or weather changes?
devs could you comment?

I tried it too and I must say that it is much more solid!!:Amore:....we are going in the right direction.....but in any case in my opinion we need to centralize it to be precise...let's wait... edit: sorry sometimes I use the translator and it doesn't do its job... 🤪🤪🤪

Using this beta 8881, I took off from KDFW and headed southeast to where there was a line of strong thunderstorms depicted on Navigraph. It was cloudy and raining at KDFW, and this is a picture of what I think is an incredibly real cloudscape during climbout using ASFS in preset mode. There were lots of thunderstorms, lightning as well. Eventually I pushed through the line to partly cloudy conditions.
But when I reversed course to enter the line of thunderstorms again, they were not there. I overflew the area and looking at the conditions at aircraft position, it said there should be thunderstorms. But just cloudy skies. I was not using a flightplan. Why were the thunderstorms not present when I went back through the same area, despite local conditions showing them? In general as I flew on randomly I noted changing cloudscapes without sudden changes, so the weather did evolve as I traversed the countryside.

This was first experience with ASFS, all settings at default.

Anyway I really like the cloud shapes and variety and am happy to see stratus, which I rarely if ever saw with MSFS Live weather

Which measurement system should be enabled in the simulator settings, hybrid, metric or imperial? With hybrid and metric it shows the wrong height.

Metric is the correct setting if you are not on the beta, otherwise with version 8881, that bug has been fixed
